Join the Southeastern Virginia Chapter  of  NARPM® for an informative program.  Guest speaker, Duke Dodson, founded Dodson Property Management in Richmond, VA in 2007.  DPM now manages over 1500 single family homes, 2000 multi family units and over 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial space throughout Virginia and North Carolina.  Duke was a founding member of the Richmond Chapter of NARPM® and has served as President of both the Richmond and Virginia State Chapters.  His development company, Dodson Development Partners, is active in the urban core of Richmond and he is a partner of Gather, a coworking space concept with three locations in the Greater Richmond Area.  Duke lives in the West End of Richmond with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons, Tripp and Tucker.
