About Southeast Virginia / Hampton Roads Chapter of NARPM
The Hampton Roads chapter of NARPM is an association of local professional residential property managers serving the southeastern Virginia cities of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg and Yorktown, collectively known as "Hampton Roads." Our members subscribe to NARPM's professional standards and code of ethics. We strive to increase our professionalism, our knowledge, and improve our industry. Professional residential property managers work with property owners, tenants, and vendors to maintain the properties while generating a good cash flow.
Our chapter provides ongoing educational opportunities for our members including monthly breakfast meetings with guest speakers as well as forums for the exchange of ideas specific to our industry.
